This tactic I've developed through a few seasons with Birmingham. I've also tested it on holiday with Lpool, It ended with a quintuple!!!

Defenders: Pace, heading, concentration and positoning. Tall players.
Wingbacks: Pace, passing, crossing and concentration.
DM: Tackling, marking, passing and positionong.
MCs: Work rate, passing, vision.
Wingers: Finishing, composure, passing and vision.
Striker: Acceleration, First touch, work rate, heading.
