This replaces the bunk 24-team version that SI uses with the officially announced 32-team one in the summer of 2025. I have moved it up a couple weeks so it's played in the European preseason, this should sort the fitness issue that has always plagued it in FM.

It also adds the 7-team version from December 2023 that they didn't include because it would have messed with the qualifying they have going on in the background (all fixed up by me here). From December 2024, it's played in the format of the new 7-team tournament FIFA has announced but not provided any details on.

This is compatible with my files fixing CONCACAF, putting Russian clubs in the AFC Champions League, putting CONCACAF teams into the Copa Libertadores, and placing Wellington Phoenix in the O-League (check out my Megapack)
