There are no specific individual instructions right now. Physically strong defenders are quite important, but that's quite obvious in most cases.
Most of attacks are through wings, at least in the initial phase. Midfield takes a lot of work on their shoulders, so high Stamina is something you should have in mind. Also your inverted wingers should be good off the ball, as it's very important for them to find space and be in position to receive the ball on attack initiation phase.
The pucher's record never got lower than 32 league goals per seasons, with 48 league gols at most. And twice!
