I don't think it's a perfect tactic but in my opinion it's very consistent. I took some ideas from other 4-3-2-1s out there to translate it into my way of seeing the tactic play.
As shown above, if you have a good striker he will bang goal after goal non-stop. He finished the season with 41 goals on the league, the second place made 18. Looks to me it's quite the difference. In my way of viewing things everything is built around the striker. With solid builders your striker will shine for sure.
