I've overperformed with this tactic on my UD Ibiza save, achieving back to back promotions (1ª RFEF to LaLiga Hypermotion and LaLiga Hypermotion to LaLiga EASports) with basically an untouched squad. Automatic promotion achieved on the 2nd tier while media prediction was 18th.

Check the individual instructions, especially on the full backs, where I've done most of the tweaking until I found these to be the most effective (defensively mainly).

Depending on the players available, I sometimes change one of the inverted wingers to standard wingers (always on attack).

I find the midfield trio combination of a DLP behind two mezzalas extremely effective and I love how they move and interact.
