Inspired by my conception of how football should be played: attacking, fast, fluid and structured.
With these tactic you can expect your team (even if you're supposed to be an underdog) to try to control the ball, with higher possession (not too much because of the pace, but around 55-65%). A lot of chances will be created, especially from the wide areas. Having two mezzalas making the pitch wide, the DLP behind them arriving in a second line and both the wingers staying wide but cutting inside create a lot of movement that result in a lot of chances. Full backs bring support and their low crosses usually find a lot of options in the box to get in the end of them.
There are quite a lot of individual instructions, especially on the full backs (fewer risks, cross from byline, close down less, ease off tackles and mark tighter), which make for a standard back four, which with the help of the DLP and the "structured" mentality, deals efficiently with most attacks.
Depending on the available players in the squad, one of the inverted wingers can be switched to a standard winger (always on attack).
My striker (Nikolay Obolskiy), who is not top class even for 3rd tier, has been scoring 20+ goals even in the second tier, and is off to a flying start in the top flight (see screenshots at the end).
