This is the best tactic I´ve created for FM21. The idea is based on the "EL Loco's 4-1-4-1 (3-3-1-3) Leeds/Bielsaball", but with several changes (formation, instructions, set-pieces and player roles.
The tactic is how I belive football should be played: Attacking fullback to provide the width and cross the ball, wingers cutting inside to feed the striker or score goals themselves,, and a solid midfield trio to both win the ball, and distribute it effectively. The tactic is a high-pressing tactic, but it is still solid at the back. After changing the striker-role from complete striker to advanced forward, Ings and Adams started scoring goals. 85 goals scored, 29 received.
