Very solid defence when attacking with 2 CB + 1 CDM covering when the fullbacks are pushing upfront.
The wingers are cutting inside to allow runs from the FB and overload in possession.
B2B for midfielders as they need to contribute everywhere on the pitch, need good physical attributes.
I used it on a multiplayer save with a friend with Atlanta (MLS), forgot to take screenshots but won everything the first season.
With Sochaux, first in Ligue 2 the first season then 3rd the second. It can compete really well. The tactic is a bit weak in the away fixtures against stronger opponents, as it often ends in a draw.
