Here is my first season title winning tactic with Real Sociedad.
Short passing and low tempo without counter helps us not waste possession and not let teams take advantage on the counter.
Includes corner setup, CB on right needs good jumping and heading will score plenty!
No OI, assistant handles training and team talks. Never changed anything on the tactic for any match, plug and play for the whole season.
We got to the quarter finals of champions league but something had to give with fixtures piling up so went with a slightly weaker team.
Rotate often, I didn't have the best backup for each position but a fresh team is better than a tired one.
