Here's my current tactic I'm using with West Ham (2033). I've been able to exceed expectations quite a bit. I've been testing it with Liverpool and Aldershot in Vanarama National League (predicted 16th). In the testing I only picked the squad at the start, ticked "Use current match tactics" and "Use current team selection when possible" and let the game do its thing.W
