So I have used this tactic both on the Beta and full release with much success, as you can see Farsley was my initial success story with this tactic. The main influential players are the attacking wingbacks. Pace, Crossing, Dribbling, Determination and Work Rate are key attributes needed, especially as you progress or start in higher levels.
Nice levels of Passing and Long Shots in the midfield will enable you get more goals and opportunities for others.
Composure in your Ball Playing Defenders is key, will restrict mistakes to a minimal.
The keeper should have high levels of Rushing Out and One on Ones.
I also use individual match instruction on Forwards, Midfielders and Wingbacks. Tight marking, Pressing on for all, normal Tackling and Show Onto Weaker Foot for all. If winning by a single goal or two in the last 10 minutes I remove the Run At Defence, drop to a Balanced mentality and Full Time Wasting.
