Extremely direct hard pressing tactic focused on trying to take the ball off your opponent as fast as possible and then immediately doing something with it. Most important position are the wingbacks and the strikers. Wingbacks should have high crossing most of all, but generally should be highly technically proficient. Your strikers on the other hand should be tall strong and fast, technique and ability to pass doesn't matter very much, and the most important mental is Off the Ball.
The tactic plays best in these sort of set ups, with a few highly technical players out on the wings with bruisers in the centre, but it's not a tactic that needs a very particular set up, I've got it working from Barcelona to FC United. Works perfectly with the 'meta' strikers, like Lucca and Sesko. You want wingbacks like Sergio Gomez.
You will lose the ball constantly, your possession will be low, your passing stats will be so bad that they'll almost be offscreen, you'll set new yellow card records, but you'll also set scoring records, which is what matters. The Chelsea team shows the tatic at its peak.
