This is the tactic I am currently using. It is high scoring with all players typically getting good ratings.
The only weakness to it in my game is being away from home against the very best (lost at Liverpool, Man City and Tottenham). It's probably worth having a 2nd tactic to play in those games if you want to try it and if that bothers you.

Formation and settings:
Won champions league (after ET vs City, dominated but they have Haaland LOL. I did actually pull off a striker and go with 2 dm's once 4-2 up
Champions league results: again could do with another tactic away from home against the best
I'm not sure how this would test/holiday. I don't think it would be the type of tactic that tests well as since its quite attacking and open you need to handle how you talk to players if getting beat. You probably need to just try it in your game, and tell your team pre-match you expect a win, if you go 1 down encouraging players typically works and gets them back on track. Strikers are very high scoring so keep their morale up, either demand better or encourage them depending on how they normally react to comments
