This is a tweek of @Mark Tighter tactic Eureka so all credit to the creator for the original.
I have only made two changes but it has worked wonders for me so wanted to share for others to try. I changed the central defender and moved him behind the striker into the trequartista role. I also changed the ST from DLF into AF attack, nothing else was changed from the original.
First season predicted 8th and finished 2nd. Second season ended with a first title win since 1986 which is a massive achievement. Only lost 2 games out of 27 and won the league with 5 games to go scoring 74 and next best scored 51. Striker had 28 in 28 season one and 24 in 24 season two, 3 star rated so not a world beater.
Try it out and let me know. Zero instrcutions, let assistant do team talks and just rotate players if games close so they are fresh.
