Hyper-offensive 4-2-3-1 Tiki-Taka 1

This is, to be blunt, a very generic and meta tactic with a tactical style I feel is very underappreciated by the folks at SI. Combining very intense pressing and high tempo with short Spanish-style passing the idea is to create a defensively-stable offensive formation that takes the fight to the opposition while still keeping clean sheets.

Armed with this tactic I've won 70 of my last 85 games, with 8 draws, and 7 losses. In the league I've won 51 of my 58 of my games, with 5 draws and 2 losses, scoring an average of 6.5 goals for every goal conceded.

This is more or less a "plug and play" tactic. No special traits or players are required, though good passing stats is obviously very useful in the Tiki-Taka set-up.
