'Imortal Technique' Asymmetric 4-3-2-1

This tactic was made based on getting the players I had to play their best suited roles, while also wanting to try out using a Libero for the first time. Starting as Imortal D.C in the 4th tier of Portugal, I used this tactic to walk the league with omly 5 games drawn and 2 games lost. I also made it into the quarter-finals of both league cups, and was knocked out of both by top-tier teams, Braga and Benfica.
I find it to be very effective as long as the players used suit the roles, however my experience is limited to lower tier football.
