This tactic came out of an injury necessity where my right sided players were slow and bad but my left players were fantastic.
I've found that I see a lot of long switches that lead to a fantastic overload in the box as the DLP and Mez arrive inthe box late and the right IWB picks up balls as they come back out of the box.
