Been tweaking this tactic since the start of FM20 and performing well across versions so far with minor tweaks. 3 or 4 Seasons with Milan and played 1 season in Singapore league.
You will notice that the left striker, left centre mid and central defender roles are slightly different. I've had successes with both sets, it just depends on which suits your players. LC Sailors is a Singapore team, hence it is very difficult to find a CF. Oh, and I was just testing out the Libero position as it seemed interesting, so ignore the Libero part.
