This is the best tactic to use if you want to have three at the back while in possession.
Works wonders for me personally. I dont like to have three at the back as defensive formation, so this year we got the new role - IFB. I Fuc*^`´king love it. He stays back and acts as a solid passing option and behaves like WCB support/defend would in three at the back formation.
It's very balanced tactic and high scoring. Counter press is neccessary so your whole team tries to win it immediately to secure the ball. Fullback (attack) gets forward approx. to same height as winger is. So you will have two wide players and solid 3-1-2 formation in midfield & defence to easily rotate the ball to the other side and try to penetrate the defence.
Important attributes for this tactic?

- Passing
- Crossing
- Composure
I always prefer composure. It's the final attribute I consider if I have to decide between two players.
Want to change something? My suggestions:
- If you want to have even shorter passing, bring the tempo one tick down also.
- AF can be changed easily into F9, Pressing forward or DLF. DLF works the worst out of these three tho. If you want to use F9, change AP to CM on attack or mezzala on attack.
ALSO I've tried to play AP on attack instead of IF on attack. It has been really effective as the role tends to drop into space and hold the ball more often than IF. My fullback socred 6 goals in three games just because of that. Try it out!!
OPPOSITION INSTRUCTIONS:
If your opponent has three at the midfield, try to man mark the lone-central-midfielder and press the other two. If opponent plays 4-1-2-1-2 (narrow) then man mark CDM and CAM, press the other two. Just my preferences and feels like I play worse if I dont do these - tho It could be just be whoosy-doosy - it does not exist.
