please read before downloading. I AM NOT CLAIMING THIS IS THE GREATEST TACTIC!. i have only tested this with Man City. Before you tell me that winning the league with Man City is not an achievement, i already know this. BUT, i chose Man City because they are NOT the easiest team to manage. Most of their players have a lot of PPM with can effect any tactic in a negative or positive way. Also made 0 signings, only 2 strikers are Aguero and Jesus, i had to play youth players a lot this season
