Zealand, Samaroy, Gestalt, HRiddick, Krysler76, Ayal and the mod team have trained an AI program to generate real faces that just aren't actually real. Then we all built a UI that helps you install them into your Football Manager save in an ethnically-accurate way.

It is as cool as it sounds. Real faces of people whose rights aren't being violated, because they aren't real, but they bring your regens to life in a completely accurate way. Watch the video to learn how to install, enjoy!

Download
You need two things:
1) the application
2) the actual pack of 100k faces
They are downloaded separately. They can both be found at the link in the top right.
The application is listed under assets at the bottom of the page. Download the Windows one if you are on Windows, download the MAC one if you are on MAC.
It is recommended to download the facepack (under facepack at that link) as a torrent and use a torrent downloader to achieve the best download speeds. If this isn't an option for you, you can download it via our slightly slower mirrors (listed at the bottom of this page).
You NEED the larger file as it is the complete facepack. The smaller file under 'Facepacks' is an update that you can download and drag over the original file to get even more faces, you do not need it.

UPDATING YOUR APP HERE
If you want to update your application to get the best we have to offer (improved accuracy on face ethnicity and improved functionality), you can now do this WITHOUT losing the faces you already have!
A video is coming shortly to walk you through it, but here is a written guide on how to update:
1) go to %localappdata% in file explorer
2) click program > NewGAN-Manager > app > newganmanager > .user
3) find the XML and JSON file for the profile you're using on your save, YOU NEED BOTH, YOU CAN DO MULTIPLE PROFILES
4) copy and paste them to a different location outside of the Newgan file system (ie documents, desktop etc)
5) copy and paste the 'cfg' file to the same location so you have all of them together (this is what tells the new app what to do with the new profile)
6) then delete all Newgan files and download the new UI
7) YOU DO NOT NEED A NEW FACEPACK, JUST A NEW APPLICATION, IT IS A VERY SMALL DOWNLOAD AND WON'T TAKE LONG, IF IT DOES YOU'RE DOWNLOADING THE WRONG THING
8) All caps are there for emphasis, then you just need to have fun with a better app
(this guide is Windows only, you can do it on MAC but you need to find the XML and JSON files to do it)
