I have enjoyed some success using this tactic, and it worked wonders for me while managing Nautico, Wolves, Argentinos Jrs and just won my first match with Espanyol against Getafe 4-0.
When paying a larger team I've used Cautious mentality instead of positive.
If I've been losing by one goal at 73rd minute I use the Fire Up shout along with going all out attack, usually saves me the match.
