Tactic 3-1-4-2 for FM23.2

So first of all, i dont know if this tactic is good or meh, because i only played with Benfica for a couple of months in this season(2ª Season - 2023/24) the tactic uses the midfielders as a backup from the wide Midfielders, theres a lot of crossing and a lot passes in the midfield too. I think is quite good in the defense and attack. if you care to try it be at your will and modified as you want. i think the tactic is quiet good but but again i only tried with one team. ho and the forwards are a ST and a False 9.
