Hi,
This is a tactic influenced by knapp, mrhearsum and many others. I experimented on it with Leicester and it looked good.
It's a 4222 that plays quite low possession, high tempo and aggressive pressing.
Usual rules apply - Quick defenders are better, DM's should have good physicals, TM should be strong, good passing and finishing too. PF should be quick with good finishing and composure as he will get a lot of 1-1's.
No OI's, training with assman.
Results are from a holiday season at sheff wed, media prediction 17th, no signings. If you manage yourself you will do better, subs, teamtalks, training roles, better signings.
For example in holiday mode there was a terrible run in December which as the manager you could probably have done better with due to fitness/rotation etc.
Enjoy.
