Classic 4-3-3 with overlapping wing backs and attacking inverted wingers. The DM helps in defence while both CMs balance themselves, one being an attacking advanced playmaker and the other being a box to box midfielder.

This tactic was pretty successful for me in my AC Oulu save and helped me win consecutive league titles without spending a lot of money.
