I created this tactic during my long term Brighton save. I used it for season 24/25 and have extremely overperformed. Expected season goal was top half finish. It is the best tactic out there imo. Why? Because it does not use any strange asymmetrical formations, it does not use 8 or 9 players with attacking mentality, and it has a wide variety of roles including IWB, WB, DLP, Mezalla, B2b, IFs and Wingers. It is so beautiful to watch that I wanted to share it with you guys. I don't use any OIs. Training and team talk are handled by my assistants.
Use a ball playing defender as your left IWB, have your best scoring winger on the left side and your playmaker type winger on the right side. Try to not use a DLP that has the "Runs forward whenever possible" trait.
