A disappointing day for Rich Robinson and his Haughmond team as they had to back from losing 1-0 to lose on penalties.

The lads gave everything today but ultimately when they needed to compose themselves they didn't. A defeat sees the club crash out of the Isuzu FA Vase.

A first defeat for Haughmond this season in the league has seen some performances coming leading to the defeat after coming off the rails in the past few games. Haughmond boss has expressed he wants the team to not slip so early and wants the team to bounce back early to avoid a slip in the table.

A mix of results for Haughmond as they start to slip on results despite losing just one game in eight league game. They are scoring goals but now starting to concede to many to which is Robinson is far from happy the amount of goals now starting to give away. October will see them them play another four games in the league playing Wolves Sporting and Wolves Casuals before three consecutive away games to Stockport Georgians, Cammell Laird and then travel to Darwen to play their first game in the First Division Cup​

Haughmond bolster the squad with their 16th and 17th signing. Please welcome Louis Ezewele and Liam Monelle to the sport to the club as Rich Robinson keeps bringing these types of players in to help rotate and keep his squad fresh.

Louis is a solid defender and we cant wait for him to get started and help add that little bit of pace we lack at the back where Liam will help provide a different type of striker and with his experience also will help the squad score more goals in the attacking play.​
