1 central defender?

Hi all,

I was hoping someone could shine some light on the effectiveness, or even existence of a tactic of these shapes:

I have created many tactics before, all not being any better than some I've downloaded by users on here and I'm not sure how to go about making one like that ^

I originally used a tactic like this in FM13 and it was built around the Tiki-Taka style Ser Guardiola used at Barca and it was stunning, flawless passing, excellent attacking in the final third and so on and have tried to emulate it ever since as it was just one of the best tactics I've used in the few years I've been playing. Unfortunately, the constant patches and updates are doing something awful to any tactic I've had a go at and have found nothing on here even remotely close.

If anyone could help a brutha' out with some advice, I've been off the chocolate for Lent and have plenty here to repay you in.

I've been playing around with a formation very similar to this for a couple of years, not done much on it recently. But I've moved the full backs in to become central defenders, and dropped the very central defender to sweeper. The idea being that, for example, if the opposition are attacking down my right, either the right centre back or the right sided DM close down the winger, and the other drops in to make up a more standard defence, but then with huge potential for scoring on the break.
I'll post here if I manage to achieve anything with it I like your tactics though, but I'm not too sure about the 4 playmakers! How's that working out for you?

Well gonna test it with a top team today will post some results well I watched both matches and my wingers and AMC do so well together and I notice that if it wingers got good dribbling I notice they dribble the defense a lot more as AP but will post some results up today

At jack *** no my players I all sold and avg player is 150 K worth wanted it that way for realsm but like I said I'm gonna test it later with a club
