10 teir league for FM09

I'm playing Fm 09 has my mac is old and wont play FM10 or 11 so I wanted to know is there a 10 teir database like what superbladesman did for Fm10? if so can someone share the link I want to start off with a really porr team from as low as possible

unfortunetly there was no option in editor to creat nation rules and competitions

Nothing ive ever done on the editor ever works for me im not very technical

No just wondered if anyone had a Database with 10 tiers I can download and use on FM09 and I only use FM09 cos I have a PowerPC g5 mac (it's not intel) so cant run 2010 or 2011
