Playing around with Portsmouth and this guy decides to complete 100 passes...how does that happen?

Its fun to see.... but possession for its own sake becomes self-defeating. The only possession-specific tactic I created for FM19 was great in that regard, but didn't create enough. Its cool to have your playmaker with almost 200 completed passes in a match and two other players with over 100.... but if you don't turn that into goals and a win.....
