i have been managing Plymouth (home team) league 1 got players easily capable of playing in league/ mid table champ but cant win a game i have tried a number of diff formations and tactical setups given each around 10-12 games every one of them have been poor and i have no idea what im doing wrong, in previous patchs i have been able to make a faily consistant tactic quite easily with a few minor tweaks even tactics i have downloaded have been quite poor (wont name tactics) i know the players arnt the issue as all my players are constantly getting linked with championship sides and stat wise they are better then most players in my league

most of the time it could be your players Morale, try looking at that? Or invite the player to a 'Private Chat' and see what you can talk about that would improve their happiness.....
