11.2 training scedule?

i'm playing with birmingham on 11.2....

i tried dunc's scedule for 4 years. it didn't really work that well, and most of my promising regens aren't reaching their potential. does anyone else have a suggestion?

Being on 11.2 wont have much of an impact on it mate
I use costa's training and it always does well for me
Use individual focus too
