Id try a 4231 formation with short passing and an attacking philosophy,just tweak it a bit during pre season and it should do well.
You could also try my 532 Attacking tactic that used attacking wing backs. Its 532 Beautiful Game
Also most tactics for 11.2 are still good on 11.3
