14/15 Season Premier League with Derby

I just got promoted to the Premier League with Derby County using LFC's latest update and i've been given a 12 million budget to strengthen.

Ideally i'd like a new striker, left back, goalkeeper, left winger, right winger and centre back, does anybody have any recommendations of players who are cheap and of good enough quality to play in the Premier League?

I usually play 4-5-1 but i'm looking at changing to 4231 with wingers for this season.

Have a look at the contract expiries. There's normally a lot of good players out of contract. Just watch their wages though.
