Im at November 2014 with my Guiseley club and since ive used this tactic i have gone

5-0 W, 2-0 W, 4-2 W, 1-1 T, 3-3 T, 2-0 W, 2-0W, 1-1 T, 3-1 W... Also with 5 of the worst players on my U18 squad they are about to take on Man City U18 in the 3rd round of the U18 Cup. I am also about to play Peterborough from L1 in the 1st round of FA Cup as well

No losses and some good results. I have also realized that if you are ahead, the other team goes on the attack between the 60min-75 min. I would recommend to go to control then.

The tactic is very good and consistent. Thanks for share :D

How to I set the OI permanetly ? I set before the match, but when I enter the match its gone

It's not gone. Click the button on the top right on the OI screen prematch (can't remember what it was called) and it'll show them ;)

I am playing again this weekend, is there any team you would like my to play with and post the results?

combined this with banmantrois selektor as i couldnt decide which to play and we're both going well in other games. not a bad first game.

do u train the specific players based on the position they play or individual attirbute training?

Looks interesting. I will try this one with Inter Milan.

One question can change AMR/AML player roles. I mean plaing Raumdeuter on right and Inside Forward on the left.

Edit:
I made some test playing 7 times against the same team, here are goal results:

Original Tactic: 12:9
Wingers position change: 11:3
Wingers + CM's position change: 21:4

Palacio on the left as a Raumdauter and Guarin on right as a Inside Forward.
