The formation that you see on the left is
a 4-3-1-2 DM Asymmetric (CR) formation.

It uses a COMPLETE FORWARD, an ADVANCED FORWARD,
an ATTACKING MIDFIELDER, a WIDE MIDFIELDER, a WINGER,
a DEFENSIVE MIDFIELDER, two FULLBACKS, a BALLPLAYING DEFENDER, a CENTRAL DEFENDER, and a standard GOALKEEPER.

The table on the left shows the standings after the FIRST SEASON
My right fullback is the TOP ASSIST MAKER while the Complete forward is Nr2.
The Advanced Forward is the TOP GOAL SCORER

Remember Staff Optimisation
The first thing I do when starting a new game (for beginners):

    [*=center]Mutually terminate contracts with poor Scouts
    [*=center]Mutually terminate contracts with poor Physios
    [*=center]Hire WR Staff (insert column in Staff Search) See Next pic
    [*=center]Hire Scouts with high JUDGE A / JUDGE P
    [*=center]Get a Great Assistant Manager
    [*=center]Get a Great Director of Football

Other Tips:


  • Staff Responsibilities:
Under the staff tab hit 'Staff Responsibilities' and go through the list. I DO NOT let the Director of Football hire coaching staff UNTIL AFTER I have hired all the best coaches, scouts, and physios i can find. He is ok for hiring U21 and U18 staff.

I let the Assistant Manager take care of GENERAL TRAINING and MATCH TRAINING but set up INDIVIDUAL training myself. For all the experts out there keep in mind this guide is for beginners also. So please bear with me (A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)(A)

Thank you for taking the time to review this tactic and I hope you have as much success with it as I have had. It consistently provides high levels of possession, lots of goals, and of course lots of games won. WON THE TREBLE FIRST SEASON!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Just tried this for the first time against Barca, im Man Utd second season. Won 4-0 with no problems. This season could be intresting

Any thoughts on the tactic? I have won the treble 2 seasons in a row with Man Utd now / playing third season and still winning
