Hi Dec,

i just registered for this website. However, when i try to download the content above i get the following error message:

Im sorry, it appears you've reached Error #10869.
It seems like you've encountered a problem, we can't be sure exactly what caused it, but there is a number of reasons. More than likely, it is due to not being logged in or not being registered. However, if you're trying to download and are log in you may have reached your restriction for the day.
