1st season as Blackpool

Hi

I need a useful tactic for Blackpool. I'm in my 1st season and i've got the latest patch so im in league one with this seasons team. Not bothered if it a attacking, defensive or a counter attacking tactic. Im sick of getting spanked by every team I play.
