1st season in the Prem with Bristol C - who to sign?

Was given £20m for my first season - who to sign? Have spent half of it on Will Hughes so looking to sign some cheaper or freebie first team players including a striker and BPD.

Any recommendations? It's the second season in game so 17/18

In my Brighton save 2nd season after promotion I signed

Charlie Taylor - okay but not good enough to break top 10 constantly.

Robles - been great for me and still n01 in 3rd season.

Bruno Zucullini - good solid player but agin not good enough to break PL top 10.

Danny Da Costa - been fantastic for me, he's only rated 3 starts and "Leading player for Championship" by my assistant but the truth is his speed and work rate gets him out of trouble defensively and into great positions offensively. Highly recommended

Mikel Merino - Still one of my star players, not blessed with pace but passing and mental stats are amazing. Also very versatile (can even play CB - handy for red cards etc).
