1st Season with Cardiff City

As it says in the title im Cardiff, im wondering what tactic I should use in my first season?

in my game with Cardiff I mixed between a flat 4-4-2 and 4-5-1 or 4-1-2-2-1 however you look at it, depending on who I was playing. Control strategy, Kenny Miller as Target Man with Earnshaw as Poacher
