1st season with utd tactics

okay just got fm recently started off my first season with utd and played my first pl match of the season against city and got got beat 5-0.. it sems like the players are rally struggling to familiarise themselves with my tactics. ive brought in hazard afellay fellaini and diarra(free). what should my preferred tactics be including playing style and specific instrucions?? ive read so many threads about rooney and hazard and where they should play what is the general consensus?

Here, you have à good starting point and naturally, you can change the formation slightly as long as its an Balanced one in terms Of positions, roles and players.
