I don't think this is how threads are supposed to be... Why don't you read the sticky thread and follow the guidelines there?
 
I don't like this kind of tactic work either.

share your tactic with everything and if it is good we will watch your videos.

you can then show tweaks in videos, best games, new players and so on.

so much more videos and more views than now if you offer something good first.

how do I know if I have questions? I have trouble with English and your video is on Spanish or something similar

I have tried to make a tactic with a defence like this, I tried more of a 2-1-3-2-2. But with no luck, couldn´t get the defence to work.
Your tactics seems to be working much better.
But the thing is, I don´t understand spanish, I have watched your video and find it hard to understand and to know all the things behind the tactic, oi, training and such.
I think your tactic could be a hit, but like others I urge you to make your post a bit more detailed, or at least write down the most important things in english, then the video might make more sense?
