2 managers at one team? Me and Mike Phelen ? Please HELP??

Was manager of Arsenal for about 4 months, then in mid October Mike Phelen has been brought in as manager as well as me?! Is this normal???
On the home page it shows me as assistant manager, but on the staff list , a manager?

Please help as I now have no control over what happens?

This sounds really interesting. I've always wanted to be an assistant myself, twould make starting unemployed much more realistic if you could get assistant jobs.
