2 possession style tactics ( needs testing )

hi guys iv'e created 2 possession based tactics that need testing, creative teams are needed for this.

these are not major winning tactics that win every game but more of a high possession style of play i think Barcelona would love this style.

so please leave feedback on the pro's & con's of this style.
