Honestly if Spain just took their many chances they would be way ahead. Lack of clinical finisher will be their downfall.
 
I'll be amazed if de Gea doesn't start against Australia. It's not entirely Casillas' fault, because as has been previously said, Pique and Ramos just aren't the world class defenders they're made out to be, but if I was VdB I'd be thinking my country could do without the silly goalkeeping mistakes on top of that.

De Gea is injured and Reina is only there to make fart jokes in the backroom. So not much of a choice for VdB.
 
While it's easy to criticise commentators and pundits, I think Danny Murphy has done a decent job tonight

Koke looked good today, and Vidal is just a monster. Medel was impressive too but Aranguiz has to be the MotM.

Well Croatia last team in my treble for 40 quid done couple of quid on mandzukic first goal and 2 nil too, all proceeds going towards my steam summer sale fund of course
