Im Leicester city and its the second season, boards given me 23 mill and i need to strengthen practically every position to be fit to play in the prem, any suggestions
Loan players from the big teams and then if theirs positions that are still weak look on the transfer list and in teams reserves? You probably can't get any world class players if you have just got into the prem so if you want to get anyone great you will have to do a lot of scouting. Also look for good players from the recently relegated teams.
