28 year old player being called up for under 23s?

Hey, my Goalie Phil Imray is 28 but he keeps getting called up to the New Zealand under 23s.

Does anyone else have this problem?

It has happened to me with other players before but I assumed because I had edited them. I haven't even opened the editor with this game running so I have no idea what's going on.

Under 23's are allowed 3 over 23's

I saw Casillas and Rooney at the olympics before
