2nd Season Newcastle. Need a CB?

I finished 7th in my first season. This is the squad I've built up, with potential abilities shown. I think I need a CB to replace williamson, I've only got about 4.8m to spend, don't mind adding money over time to the deal. Any recommendations for me? Also do you think I'm adequate everywhere else in the squad (what do you think of it)? Aiming for Euro places this season, minimum 7th.

Rafael Toloi is great. Try out Kyriakos Papadopoulos.

Can't seem to get either as Tolois club won't sell him and Papadopoulos has no interest.

Managed to sign Toloi, made some more money and bought him for 9m +11m after 40 appearances, figured it was worth it and the board are being tight.
