3-4-3 Anyone???

Does anyone have a good tactic using the 3-4-3 (flat midfield) formation?

I have be trying it with AC Milan to no avail.

I can't get the balance right, don't know if I should play high line with lots of pressing or or deep and more rigid.

Help FM people Please!!!

I found out from other forums FM13 match doesn't like 3 at the back with flat midfields!

I don't think in real life they really play with flat 4 midfield and 3 CBs, they always utilize wingbacks

I been testing this tactic and it works better.

try it out. Haven't done any specific shouts or training yet.

Difference between wingers and wingbacks in a 3-4-3 system is just the name. Basicly you can use either one but they mean the same thing. Same as in Napoli's 3-4-1-2.
