I'm playing as Valencia, just finished second season in 4th position. I've played with wide 4-1-2-2-1. Now I'd like to switch to three at back, I've always really liked that. But I fear that if I build my team for it, the tactic might not work and I'm screwed. So does anyone have had any success with 3-5-2? I mean with wingers, not wing backs. If so, it'd nice to hear tips or even see your tactic. I also like to play with fast, attacking style. Dont care so much about possession.

Thats what I thought for myself, attacking mentality and higher tempo with play out of defence and pass to space. Also, this year crosses are strong, would play wider and/or exploit flanks be stupid with this formation? I'm scoring a lot from crosses, dont want kill that. What about player roles, especially for strikers and midfield?
